8pl operates this service where local law permits in Pakistan and supported regions. We collect your name, email, phone number, and account credentials to fulfil your registration and comply with anti-money-laundering checks. When you deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, we receive and store payment confirmations and transaction IDs for withdrawal verification and dispute resolution. We do not sell your personal

data to marketers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. Your gameplay history, betting patterns, and account balance remain within 8pl systems and are never shared without your explicit consent or legal requirement. All data transfers use encryption protocols. Where regulators require data disclosure—such as law enforcement requests with proper warrants—we comply. You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your

When you close your account, we deactivate your login immediately. Personal data (name, email, phone) is deleted within 30 days unless legal holds apply. Transaction records for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast deposits are retained for five years for tax and anti-money-laundering compliance, then permanently removed.
